The job today

Example: Pull the IRT shipment report, check temperature excursions, email the depot.

What an AI agent is

Artificial intelligence is when a computer or a machine performs a task that would otherwise require human thought. An automation moves work from one place to another on a schedule. An agent is an automation with judgment in the middle, so the run handles something a person would have had to think about.

This form captures the automation first, then the judgment, then the safety net around both. At the end you get a paragraph that describes the whole run in plain words, and a build plan written against it.

Pick a job you already do by hand most weeks. A job you did recently gives you real details to answer with, and the plan comes out sharper for it.
