Most AI training tells your team what is possible. Ours has them build it. Every program is hands-on by design: participants leave with agents, prompts, and workflows they made themselves, running in their own accounts, plus the working knowledge to extend them. We teach the concept before the application, how to do an idea rather than how to use a tool, so what people learn holds up in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot and survives the next release. The format is the same in a CRO conference room and a district PD day; what changes is the examples, which always come from the work of the people in the room.
AI Training Day
A single on-site working day. The morning covers how the models work, how to delegate a task and check the result, and what safe use looks like in your setting. The afternoon is spent building. Everyone builds their own agent against a task from their own week, and everyone demos before we close.
Foundations Bootcamps
Half-day and full-day programs for groups that need the ground floor first: what a large language model is and is not, why it is confident when it is wrong, and how to work with one without handing it your judgment.
Role-Specific Curricula
